How it Works
Whether you are looking to get one of my samples edited to reflect your event’s information, or looking for a custom design, the process is the same. Contact me with all of the info, or questions you may have, and I will get back to you ASAP with some ideas and a price estimate. If you like a sample, please include the code assigned to the image to let me know which design you are referring to.
If you are a business looking to get some promotional material designed, please contact me with what you are looking for and I can get a price and time estimate back to you.
Pricing & Billing
Pricing can vary from project to project. Designs for personal or wedding events will usually be priced at a per piece rate. However, designs for businesses may be billed at a per hour rate depending on what the specific project is.
When you contact me about any design project I will get back to you with some ideas, questions, and an estimate on what the project will cost. Once the estimate has been agreed upon I will start designing and send you some files to review. If more items are added along the way I will send updated price estimates throughout the design process.
If you don’t like something I send you, don’t worry about it - my job is to make you happy! I will not ask for any payment until you have accepted the design and are ready for the final files.
At that point I will send you the final invoice. When it has been paid, I will remove the watermark from the design and send you the final file as you need it. Whether that is for digital purposes to post on social media, or a file for print with bleeds and crop marks.
Printing
If you are ordering something that needs to be printed, I will supply you with sizing of the final file for you to tell the printer. I can also recommend paper type, if requested.
Look for a local print shop in your area to help support. If you don’t have one nearby, any local office supply store or online printing place should be able to accommodate your needs.
